At BuySmart GH, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably to your doorstep across Ghana. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process:

✅ Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Ghana, including:

  • Greater Accra (Accra, Tema, Madina, Spintex, etc.)

  • Kumasi & Ashanti Region

  • Cape Coast, Takoradi, Sunyani, Tamale, and more
    Some remote areas may require longer delivery times or location confirmation.

📦 Delivery Timeframes

  • Accra & Tema: Same-day or next-day delivery (for orders before 12PM)

  • Kumasi & Major Cities: 1–2 working days

  • Other Regions: 2–4 working days depending on location

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day.

💵 Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed when your order is placed.

  • Accra & Tema: Starting from GHS 20

  • Other Regions: Based on distance and package size

  • Some items may include FREE delivery as a promo

🛍️ Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, a team member will contact you via call or WhatsApp to:

  1. Confirm your delivery address

  2. Provide delivery cost and time

  3. Arrange payment method (Cash or MoMo on Delivery)

🔐 Secure Delivery

  • Our dispatch riders or courier partners will contact you before delivery

  • You can inspect your item before payment (where applicable)

  • Please have your cash or mobile money ready upon delivery

❗ Delivery Terms

  • If you miss a delivery, we may reschedule once. Additional attempts may incur extra fees

  • If your delivery location is outside regular zones, we may arrange pick-up at a nearby station

  • Bulk or fragile items may take longer to process

Return & Exchange Policy

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – BuySmart GH

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • It's damaged, defective, or wrong

  • It's unused and in the original packaging

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving it

Some items like personal care products or clearance deals may not be eligible.
